These terms apply to every project supplied by Onmotio Design Limited, a company registered in England and Wales and trading as Oryzen Design ("we", "the studio"). By placing an order through this website, or by approving a written quote, you accept them.
We sell to businesses. If you are buying as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything below.
1. What we supply
Digital still images of your product, produced with generative models and finished by hand. Packages are built from three image types — studio shots, hero scenes and multi-format packs — plus colourway variants of any of them, and optional add-ons such as a basic 3D model or short video. Each product in an order also carries a one-off setup fee, which covers building the reference board and the visual direction.
The exact contents of your order are the ones listed on your quote and on your payment receipt. Those documents are the contract.
2. Prices and quotes
All prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply where you are. The price shown by the configurator when you check out is the price you pay: the same pricing engine calculates the figure on screen and the amount charged.
Volume tiers, colourway discounts and the rush surcharge are applied automatically. A quote prepared by hand is valid for 30 days.
3. Payment
Orders placed through the website are paid in full at checkout, by card, through Stripe. Larger projects quoted by hand may be split into a deposit and a balance; the split is stated on the quote. Production starts once the first payment has cleared and the brief is locked.
4. What you send us
You need to give us usable source material: photographs or CAD of the product, your brand guidelines, and anything you want referenced. You confirm that you own that material or have permission to use it, and that our using it for your project will not infringe anyone else's rights. We rely on that confirmation.
We will not render another company's trademarks, a recognisable person, or copyrighted artwork you do not have rights to.
5. Revisions
Work is delivered in rounds. Each round is a batch of images you review together; your feedback can apply to the whole set or to a single image. The number of revision rounds included in your project is stated on your quote.
Feedback that changes the brief — a different scene, a different product, a different use for the image — is new work, not a revision. We will tell you when we think a request crosses that line, before doing it, and quote for it separately. You decide.
6. Delivery dates
The delivery window shown at checkout is an estimate based on the size of the order, not a contractual deadline. We will tell you promptly if a date is going to move. Rush orders compress the schedule where compressing it is possible — an edited film does not get shorter by paying more for it.
The clock starts when the brief is locked and we have everything we asked for from you.
7. Who owns the images
On full payment, we assign to you the rights in the final delivered images, worldwide and without time limit, for any commercial use: your website, your listings, advertising, print, trade shows.
We keep ownership of our working files, prompts, reference boards and the studio methods behind them. Those are not part of the delivery.
We may show finished work in our portfolio and marketing unless you tell us not to. Say the word — before, during or after the project — and we will not publish anything from it.
8. These are generated images
Our images are produced with AI models and finished by hand. They are representations of your product, directed to match it, not photographs of a physical sample. Where you use them to sell — marketplace listings in particular — it is your responsibility to check that they meet the platform's rules and accurately represent what the buyer receives. Tell us about any accuracy constraint before we start, and we will work to it.
9. If something goes wrong
If the delivered images do not match the brief you approved, tell us and we will put it right at our cost. If we cannot deliver at all, we refund what you paid for the undelivered part of the order.
Cancellation terms depend on how far production has gone and are set out on your quote. Work already produced at the point of cancellation is chargeable.
10. Liability
Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profit, lost sales or lost opportunity. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Confidentiality
Unreleased products are the normal case for us, not the exception. We treat everything you send as confidential by default, and we are happy to sign your NDA.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your project is the one published when you placed the order. The date at the top of this page tells you which that is.
