What we'll need from you

  • At least 4 clear, well-lit photos of each product, from distinct angles.
  • Clear references for every colourway you add.
  • A short note on the look you are after — we will guide you from there.

Standard on every order

What is always included.

Whatever the size of the order, these are not line items. They are how the work is done.

  • A written visual direction, agreed first

Palette, materials, light, camera, what is forbidden. We write it, you sign it, and every image in the order is held against it.

  • A reference board built from your product

We start from your own photos and turn them into a clean reference set — three or four angles on a neutral background — before a single scene is rendered.

  • One revision round included

One batch of notes, then sign-off. Feedback is collected in batches so the whole set moves together instead of drifting image by image.

  • Feedback at three levels

On the whole project, on a round, or on a single image. A note left on one image never quietly rewrites the other twelve.

  • A delivery window quoted with the price

The calculator gives a working-day window with every price. It moves with the size of the order, not with our mood.

  • Every image in the ratios you ordered

Delivered as flat files, ready to upload. Multi-format packs arrive in all three ratios of the same scene.

  • A commercial licence on every image

Yours to use where you sell: your own site, marketplace listings, decks, ads paid or organic. No expiry, no per-use fee, and no second invoice for an image you have already paid for.

Formats

Studio, hero or multi-format

Most orders mix all three. Here is what separates them.

  • Studio

    $50 per image

Product alone, clean background, even light.

  • Hero

    $75 per image

The product in a built scene, art-directed light, styled props.

    −40% per extra colourway

  • Multi-format

    $100 per pack of 3

One scene, recomposed for three ratios — not three crops of one file.

    −40% per extra colourway

Custom scope

Larger? Recurring? Custom scope.

The calculator handles up to 20 products in a single order, with up to 10 extra colourways per image type. Beyond that — a full catalogue, a rolling monthly package, a launch spread across several drops, or a product that needs a visual direction of its own — we price it by hand, on the same rate card. No mystery multiplier for being a bigger order.

Send us the product list, the formats you need and the date you need them. You will get a written quote with the same breakdown the calculator shows.

Pricing FAQ

Pricing questions

What does the setup fee cover?

The setup fee is $250 per product, and $200 from the third product in the same order. It pays for the work that happens before any image exists: turning your photos into a clean reference board, and writing the visual direction — palette, materials, light, camera, what is off limits — that every image is then held against. It is charged once per product, not once per image.

How do colour variants work?

A colour variant is the same scene with another colourway of the same product. Because the scene is already built, each extra colourway is priced 40% below the image price. Variants count as delivered images, so they also push you towards the next volume tier.

When do volume discounts start?

The unit price drops in two steps. At 1-11 images a studio image is $50 and a hero image is $75; at 12-24 images (-10%) they are $45 and $68; at 25+ images (-20%) they are $40 and $60. The count is the total number of images in the order, colour variants included. We publish the prices rather than the percentages, because a rounded percentage is not always the number you would get.

What is a multi-format pack?

$100 for one scene delivered in three ratios — square, portrait and landscape. Each ratio is composed for its own frame rather than cropped from a single file, which is why a pack counts as three delivered images.

What does rush actually change?

Rush adds 50% to the order and compresses the schedule. It does not compress an edited film: a one-minute cut takes the time it takes, and paying more will not change that. The calculator shows the rushed delivery window before you commit to it.

What's the typical timeline?

A delivery window in working days is quoted with every price, and it moves with the size of the order. One product and six images is quoted 3–4 working days; three products and thirty images, 5–6. Rush compresses that window — the same six images become 2–3 working days — but it never compresses an edited film. The calculator shows the window for your own order before you commit, not after.

What deliverables will I receive?

Flat image files in the ratios you ordered, ready to upload — a multi-format pack arrives as three separate compositions of the same scene, not three crops of one file. Every image comes with a commercial licence, with no expiry and no per-use fee. Anything beyond that, such as print-resolution masters or layered source files, is not on the rate card: ask us and we will quote it by hand.

What if my project does not fit the calculator?

The calculator covers up to 20 products in one order, with up to 10 extra colourways per image type. Past that — a full catalogue, a retainer, a launch with several products landing on different dates — we quote by hand. Email us with what you have and you will get a written quote, priced on the same rate card.
